- Private sellers: 6 shots (inside or out, your choice) £85 or €85.
- Estate agents or multiple properties for one owner: for one property as above, otherwise prices on request.
The Process Involved
1. We will come and take pictures using our 360° Giroptic camera.
2. We upload the photos onto the Giroptic website
3. We stitch the individual photos between the different rooms (you will observe + signs on the photos)
4. We add the description, your stills and other specifications.
5. We will email you the link for you to include on your website once the work is done.
It will take around 7 days afterwards to process the photos and to prepare the full property details for you, but we reserve the right to take 14 days if our workload requires it.

hat is a Giroptic Camera
Panoramic digital cameras are not a new concept, but there is an increased interest in developing such devices that should be able to shoot everything around them (namely, 360-degree cameras). Giroptic, has just unveiled a device that should make the process of taking a panoramic photo a very easy one.
Of course, any digital camera can be used for taking a panoramic photo, but this process can prove to be a rather difficult one, since it requires a steady hand and a fairly large amount of post-processing. That's not at all the case with the device from Giroptic, which takes the panoramic photo in an instant.
The camera seems is easy to use, since all the users have to do is simply place it on its special tripod, set the timer and that's it. The picture is ready to use instantly, it can be uploaded to the Giroptic servers to help create interactive virtual tours of the area that's been photographed or it can be e-mailed, used in Flash presentations and promotional material.
The Giroptic is equipped with an 8-megapixel CCD sensor, sports an ISO sensitivity level of up to 400, aperture priority exposure and +/- 2EV exposure compensation. Additionally, the device has also been equipped with a self timer (up to 30 seconds), and sports a built-in 2100 mAh battery, which can be used for taking up to 160 shots.
The Giroptic camera retails for around 1,000 US dollars, meaning that there are very few of these high quality devices around. The Small Print
1. Travel
In the UK for UK properties, travel is charges at 40p per mile for all work in the UK more than 10 miles return from BN1 area of Brighton - the first 10 miles are included in the price, any other travel will be charged.
In FRANCE for French properties, travel is charges at 25p per kilometre for all work in France more than 10 kilometre return from 50450 area of Gavray - the first 10 kilometres are included in the price, any other travel will be charged.
2. Additional Giroptic photos
You can have as many photos as you want: additional photos are charged at £25 per shot.
3. What you need to give us before the photo shoot
To get best effect from your investment in a virtual visit please provide:
- a full description of the property to put on the website in word, together with any other information you want to include such as rental or sale price, location, a reference number, and your contact details. We need all this information at the time of booking so that we can put the web page together efficiently.
- 2 still pictures. One picture can be a still of the property, the other one may be your company / agency logo, or for a private owner an interesting tourist feature locally. All still pictures (maximum 2) must be sent as .jpg format.
- A list of the exact spots within the property or outside the property, that you would like your 6 shots taken from.
4. Amendments
We are able to make later/further changes but time is charged at for amendments after publication on the internet of your virtual visit.
5. Weather Conditions
The Giroptic camera is a very sensitive device and can never be used outside if there is even a minimum of drizzle in the air.
6. Payments
Payment is required prior to the work
